A large, charming holiday home renovated from an 18th-century mill\u2014part of an estate that still features an active ch\u00e2teau. It accommodates 12 guests and is located in the commune of Renty, 25 km from Saint-Omer and Clairmarais and 44 km from Le Touquet-Paris-Plage. Bordered by the Aa River, the property sits in the heart of the Audomarois region, close to the \u00ab7 Vall\u00e9es\u00bb and the Lumbres area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set on an 8,000 m\u00b2 plot, this 110 m\u00b2 holiday home is spread across two floors, arranged as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine) and a spacious living-dining area (with a wood-burning stove) that opens directly onto the grounds and a private terrace featuring a large barbecue. A small path leads to a private island surrounded by a millrace of the Aa River.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First floor: 3 bedrooms (double beds), one of which includes a wooden cot (for children under 2) and 2 bathrooms and a relaxation area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second floor: a large mezzanine with 6 single beds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baby equipment provided: a travel cot, baby bath, high chair, and fabric playpen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
